What We Are NOT Looking For:

Reviews: Please note that we are not accepting guest review posts at this time. VaporinDubai.ae has its own team of reviewers dedicated to providing in-depth and unbiased reviews of products. We aim to keep our reviews impartial, and for this reason, we do not accept guest reviews, especially from those affiliated with vaping brands or shops. If you are a brand or manufacturer interested in having your products reviewed by our team, please contact us through the appropriate channel (details to be provided on a separate “Submit Products for Review” page).

Our Article Guidelines

Quality and originality are paramount. For your article to be considered for publication on VaporinDubai.ae, it must adhere to the following guidelines:

 Article Type: Your submission must fall under either Vaping News or Guides & Tutorials.

Topic Relevance:

• Content must be directly related to vaping or CBD.

• We will not accept articles on topics such as cannabis or THC (including Delta-8 and similar derivatives), casinos and gambling, illicit substances, or cryptocurrency.

 Human-Generated Content:

• All submissions must be written by a human. We do not accept AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Our editorial team is skilled at identifying AI-written text.

 Word Count:

• Articles should be between 800 and 2,000 words.

 High-Quality Writing:

• Your article must be well-researched, accurate, and clearly written.

• It should be free of significant grammar, spelling, or syntax errors. While a minor oversight might be acceptable, articles riddled with errors will be rejected.

 Unique & Original Content:

• All submissions must be 100% original and not published elsewhere (including your own blog). We will check for plagiarism and duplicate content.

• We do not accept “spun” articles or content that heavily reuses keywords or topics from existing posts on our blog in an unoriginal way.

 Formatting for Readability: Your article should be easy to read and follow standard blog posting best practices:

• Use clear, plain English that is easy for a diverse audience to understand.

• Employ headings (H2, H3, etc.) and subheadings to structure your content logically.

• Utilize bullet points or numbered lists where appropriate to break down information.

• Keep paragraphs relatively short for better online readability.

• Write concise sentences.

• Failure to adhere to these formatting guidelines may lead to rejection.

 Images & Videos:

• Please provide high-quality, relevant images or videos to accompany your article. Low-resolution images or generic screenshots are discouraged.

• You must own the rights to any images or videos you provide, or they must be properly licensed for commercial use (e.g., royalty-free stock images with appropriate attribution if required). We will not use copyrighted material from other websites without authorization.

• If you do not provide suitable visuals, we reserve the right to add them at our discretion. This may incur an editorial fee.

 Internal Links:

• Where relevant and natural, please include links to other articles, products, or categories on VaporinDubai.ae.

• If internal links are not included, our editors may add them.

 Backlinks: * We allow a maximum of one (1) do-follow backlink per guest article to your website or a relevant, high-authority source. * Prohibited Backlinks: We will not allow backlinks to sites related to gambling/casinos, “adult” content, cryptocurrency, cannabis/THC/Delta-8, or any sites promoting illegal drug use or other illicit activities. Inclusion of such links will result in immediate rejection of your article.

 Editing & Editorial Fees: * VaporinDubai.ae reserves the right to edit any submitted article for clarity, grammar, style, length, SEO, and formatting to align with our website’s standards. * If your article requires significant manual input from our editors (e.g., extensive rewriting, formatting corrections, image sourcing), you may be charged an editorial fee. We will communicate this to you if applicable.

How to Submit Your Guest Article

Your email pitch should include:

• Target Keywords/Tags for your article (3-5 relevant keywords)

• A brief summary or outline of your proposed article.

Attaching Your Article: Please attach your completed article to the email in one of the following formats:

• .doc or .docx (Microsoft Word)

• A shareable Google Docs link (ensure viewing/editing permissions are correctly set)

Attaching Images/Videos: If you are providing images or videos, please:

• Attach them as a .ZIP folder to the email.

• Ensure they are high-resolution and you have the rights to use them.
