Welcome to Vapor in Dubai. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of vaporindubai.ae, including purchases made through our website.

By visiting our website, placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website or place an order.

Age Restriction

Our products are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Are legally permitted to purchase vaping or nicotine products in your location.
  • Will not purchase products on behalf of anyone under 18.

We may request proof of age and reserve the right to cancel an order when satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

Using Our Website

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts or connected systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology.
  • Interfere with the website’s security, availability or performance.

  • Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information.

Product Information

We aim to keep all product descriptions, images, specifications, flavours, puff counts, availability and prices accurate and current.

However, packaging, colours and minor product details may vary from the images displayed due to manufacturer updates, screen settings or photography. Puff counts stated by manufacturers are estimates and may vary depending on individual usage.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we may correct the information and contact you for instructions. You may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a refund if payment has already been collected.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Contact you to offer a suitable replacement.
  • Remove the unavailable item and refund its value.
  • Cancel and refund the affected order.

We will not send a substitute product without your approval.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and additional fees will be shown before order confirmation.

Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, card payments, bank transfers or other options displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, delivery and contact information. We may cancel or place an order on hold if payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted. An order is accepted after we verify the product’s availability, delivery details and payment requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • The price or product information contains a clear error.
  • The customer does not meet the age requirement.
  • The delivery address is outside our service area.
  • Payment cannot be completed or verified.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method wherever possible.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be cancellable.

Shipping and Delivery

Our standard UAE delivery charge is AED 30, unless a different amount is displayed during checkout. Qualifying orders over AED 350 may receive free delivery.

Eligible orders in Dubai and Sharjah may be delivered within 1–3 hours. Delivery to other UAE locations may take longer depending on the destination, order time, product availability and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, incorrect address information, courier issues, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and remain available using the supplied telephone or WhatsApp number. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required because the customer was unavailable or supplied incorrect information.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If a product is missing, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven days and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the product, packaging and problem.
  • Any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.

Do not use or dispose of a disputed product until our team has reviewed your request.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns may be accepted when a product is:

  • Damaged upon delivery.
  • Defective.
  • Incorrectly supplied.
  • Materially different from its advertised description.

Products returned for a change of mind must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original sealed packaging. Approval remains subject to product type, hygiene considerations and applicable UAE consumer law.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used e-liquids, disposable vapes, pods, coils, mouthpieces and other consumable products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

A return will not normally be accepted when:

  • The product has been misused or damaged after delivery.
  • The security seal or original packaging has been opened for a change-of-mind request.
  • The reported issue results from normal wear, improper charging, incompatible accessories or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • The customer selected the wrong flavour, nicotine strength, device or compatible accessory.
  • The request is made outside the stated return period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Approved claims may result in a repair, replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Bank or card refunds may require additional processing time after we issue them.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under UAE law.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, free-delivery offers and discount codes may have separate conditions, including validity dates, minimum order values, eligible products and usage limits.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Discount codes cannot be combined.
  • Offers may be changed or withdrawn before an eligible order is confirmed.
  • Cancelled or refunded purchases may lose any associated promotional benefit.

Intellectual Property

The text, graphics, layout, branding, logos, product presentation and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Vapor in Dubai and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view the website and download reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer Reviews and Feedback

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from fraud, gross negligence or other matters protected by UAE law.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Vapor in Dubai for reasonable losses, claims or expenses resulting directly from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of another party’s rights or material breach of these terms.

This clause does not reduce your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent consumer-protection authority or courts of the UAE.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply from the date of publication and do not improperly remove rights attached to previously accepted orders.
